AAC Mission, Goals, & Leadership

To champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the travel industry by empowering African American motorcoach businesses and tour professionals through advocacy, resources, mentorship, and opportunities for economic growth.

By driving positive change and creating equitable opportunities, the Council reflects the richness of our diverse communities and advances a vibrant, inclusive future for the industry.

Three priorities guide the Council’s work:

  • Strengthen Representation and Industry Voice: Advocate for African American operators and ensure their perspectives are reflected in industry conversations and decisions.
  • Support Business Growth and Economic Opportunity: Expand access to resources, partnerships, and opportunities that help members grow, compete, and succeed.
  • Advance Learning, Connection, and Shared Success: Create a space for members to exchange best practices, build relationships, and support one another through shared experience.
